Butsome persons do not know what the healthy diet is, they are only taking normal food in daily life because they don't know what is good and what is bad for them. We are not taking good healthy dietcancer, high blood pressure, diabetes  and many more. We control these problems only take good health food like fruits, whole grains, vegetables, lean proteins, low fat milk and legumes you do regular physical activity these diet help to do work. After take health food we also do exercise because it necessary to do personality and fitness. If you are taking vegetable and fruits they do not increase any disease in your body like heart disease, stroke, and cancer and it also help to reduce heavy weight. But it important which types of vegetables you are taking like orange vegetables like carrots,sweel potatoes, and squash,broccoli,lettuces, and kala, and red vegetables like red peppers and tomatoes.

nternally and Externally. Water is amazing. Drink water more than every when you 'think' you are thirsty. Your Urine should be clear. If it is not, you have a lot of impurities in your body and you should flush these out with even more water. Also, try to do some hot and cold treatments. What does thismean ? Try to take a hot shower and then end it with ice cold water for a few minutes. You will experience relaxation and better sleep than you can imagine. This also will stimulate your immune system
